A BC/BE Otolaryngologist is being recruited to join a highly regarded busy hospital owned ENT practice. Compensation being offered is a generous guaranteed base for the first year. The second year is the greater of the guaranteed base or total RVU production and the third year is straight productivity based on RVU production. Clinical all is 1:2 and hospital ER call is 7days a month. A strong primary care referral base and a medical staff of over 300 physicians provide the foundation to build a very successful practice with a cohesive supportive medical staff. The large tertiary medical facility has a service area with a population of over 1million people and has been a leader in cutting-edge technology for over 40 years.
