Attention CRNAs that would like to work in the state of Texas. I have a group that is in the Greater Houston area that is expanding and looking for new CRNA providers to join the group. They are looking for someone who could start in March of 2012. There are currently 9 MDAs in the group and around 15 CRNAs. The group is in the process of picking up a new contract and could use a couple more providers. You will be doing a mix of general anesthesia cases. This is a team approach the docs will be present for the induction (you will be inducting) and then leave the room. . This is an entry level position and new grads are encouraged to apply. The salary for the position will be 120k plus your benefits package. As for call you will get 50.00 for a weekday shift and 100.00 for a weekend shift just for carrying the cell phone. One of the good things about this job is you can pick up extra call shifts if wanted as well as get rid of call shifts easily. CRNAs switch and or drop their call all the time and since call is only around 1:20 it Ôs not that demanding. This is a great position for a new grad or someone who is in the beginning of their career.
