Cardiothoracic Surgeon needed for Academics in New Orleans!
Tulane University Hospital and Clinic is expanding its staff and searching for Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our staff as an employed physician. Interested candidates must be willing to do a majority of Cardiothoracic Surgery procedures with some Thoracic Surgery as well. The new physicians will join the Department of Surgery at Tulane University in New Orleans, sharing in a call rotation of with the other surgeons in the Department. Applicant should be hard-working, willing to work in academics and be part of the rebuilding of Tulane Hospital and New Orleans. As an employed physician, you will receive a negotiable salary commensurate with experience, and a fully comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, practice expenses, healthcare insurance, retirement benefits and more. In addition, we may be able to provide a sign on bonus, relocation, marketing, loan repayment for new grads and legal fee reimbursement. Louisiana is a Tort Reform State (capped malpractice claims), which makes this a very physician friendly practice opportunity.
