Family Practitioner needed to staff an Indian Health Clinic on beautiful Bayou Tech, approximately 2 hours from New Orleans and 1 hour from Lafayette.
* BC/BE Family Practice physicians are being considered for this outpatient, community based health clinic servicing the Chitimacha Indian Tribe
* No call required; Hospitalist coverage provided after hours at Dauterive Hospital in New Iberia
* Well-established 10+ year old health center seeing patients of all ages
* Lab and other ancillary services available on-site
* The Clinic has received numerous awards for quality clinical measures and our scores have rated us one of the highest in the country.
* Knowledge of the Indian Health Service's standards of care is beneficial, but not required
