Seeking a BC/BE IM to join 4-BC IMs in expanding single specialty practice located in scenic Salt Lake City area. IMs in this group are booked out 3-4 weeks in advance. Recent analysis indicates that this area lacks IM's. The group is managed well and operates by sound business practices. Group has a fairly young population with patient payor mix: 30% Medicaire; 70% insured. Office is moving to new offices across from the hospital that is currently undergoing $32M renovation and equipment upgrade. Call schedule: currently 1:8 will be 1:10. This practice admits through Hospitalist program and backs up the Hospitalist program while they are on call. 3-exam rooms per physician seeing an average of 16-20 patients per day.
