An east central Kansas medical facility is recruiting a BC/BE Urologist to establish a practice in the community. This position will require the new physician to perform all types of general urologic procedures. There is currently no robotics available. The compensation for this position is a base salary of $475K with an RVU based production bonus. An excellent array of benefits is also being offered. The hospitalÕs physician needs survey indicates that the community can support 1.3 Š 1.9 Urologists. The large number of primary care physicians provides an excellent referral base. The service area exceeds 70K people. Graduating Residents/Fellows as well as practicing physicians are encouraged to apply. The hospital provides comprehensive advanced inpatient and outpatient medical care. It has more than 500 employees 300 volunteers and 130 physicians on the medical staff.
