Senior Care of Colorado is a primary care Geriatric Medical practice dedicated to caring for senior citizens across the entire continuum of care. Its providers see patients in 6 offices in Englewood, Centennial, Evergreen, Aurora, Westminster and Denver. They also see patients in their homes, in assisted living facilities and nursing homes, and sometimes in the hospital. The practice currently has 28 physicians, 39 mid-levels and 3 LCSWs. The care team also includes a podiatrist and a wound-care specialist.
