Great Group -- Traditional FP Opportunity East of Downtown Nashville -- Suburban Community Hospital
*Join 9 FP's/IM, 2 PA-C's, and a total of 39 FTE's in long established and well-managed primary care clinic east of downtown Nashville in the Donelson - Hermitage, TN area
*Beautiful offices, easy access to I-40
*Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice physician with excellent training programs and communication skills required
*Partnership opportunity after 1 year of positive cash flow -- equal ownership, and partners operate their practices independently
*See patients with wide age range, from Newborns to Geriatrics (your choice); follow patients in-hospital
*On-site walk-in clinic provides 350 - 400 new patients each month (you do not have to work at walk-in, but may do so to build practice); preferential scheduling rights to new physician for new patients
*Overhead rate: 70% of collections; Collection rate: approx. 70% of gross
*Average patient office visits daily: 20 to 30
*Active charts: approx. 30,000 showing activity past 2 yrs
*Practice call arrangement: 1:9 (doctors rotate weekdays after hours and weekends); there is no unassigned ER.
*Excellent salary based on MGMA and years of experience -- exceptional income potential -- set your own busy schedule
*Hospital will offer competitive comp package including first year income guarantee (malpractice coverage) start-up expenses, signing bonus, paid relocation
