*Private Practice -- Out-Patient Medicine Group.
*Dynamic Group seeks BE/BC Internist to join to meet patient demand (turning away patients).
*Eleven percent growth in patient volume over last year.
*Group of three BC primary care physicians: 2 FPs, 1 IM and 1 N.P.
*Utilize Hospitalist program, no ER/unassigned call responsibilities.
*Call: Practice phone call only; weekend schedule once a month.
*Averaging 16-18/ patient office visits daily/ one provider averages 35 patient office visits; with 15 new inquires weekly.
*Excellent payor mix: predominantly commercial (65%).
*Efficiently managed practice, EMR equipped.
*Serve young patient clientele reflective of city's population demographics.
*Financial: Income guarantee to cover salary/incremental overhead provided by Hendersonville Medical Center, student loan assistance and sign-on bonus, relocation, practice start-up and marketing assistance.
