This is a mix of inpatient and outpatient work and is invigorating without being overwhelming. The four physician group also has two nurse practitioners working with them. Call is 1:4 - 4th week as hospitalist for group (not in office) and every 4th weekend. When on call or doing inpatient work the physician is not in the office practice. Office practice is a 4-1/2 day work week. The group is respectful of physicians' non-call time away from work. This would be an employed position for two (2) years with a very competitive salary with productivity incentives. Partnership criteria are fair and uncomplicated and full partnership can be reached within two years.
