Join 1 FT Family Physician providing primary care in a Team Environment with Neuromuscular and Sports Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulation and Physical Therapy
This practice functions like a close-knit, high-achieving family and they have been phenomenally successful through nearly 100% patient referrals. They have a large and fiercely loyal patient base--many who drive a long way (even neighboring states) to stay with their providers. The successful candidate will be a physician who has the interpersonal and clinical skills to build his/her own patient base and uphold the high standards of care, compassion and empathy that established the Denver Osteopathic Center's reputation over 25 years.
D.O.C is outpatient-only (admits through hospitalists), no nights or weekends and primary care call is shared with 4 other physicians outside the group (1:5 call).
Although a base salary is available for a few months to start, this is an entrepreneurial practice in which providers are compensated on a productivity basis--percentage of collections. "Family First" is a practice core value, making this an ideal practice for a physician desiring flexibility to move between PT and FT as your own family's needs change. Benefits are negotiable--a full menu of benefits is available through the practice, typically pro-rated to time commitment and compensation structure. For the right individual, partnership option will be discussed.
