They have 42 orthopods on their staff including 3 pediatric orthos. This is at a facility that has residents. They are offering a great base salary plus production bonuses and a full and generous benefits package. Typical day is 2 days in the OR and 3 days in clinic. Call is 3 times a month and you will be teaching residents and med students. You will be entering a very busy practice that has a service area of over a million.
