Biggest ER within 150 miles � 60000 patients/year about 10% admit rate to the hospital � 70 hours provider coverage � 5 � 10 hour physician shifts � 2 � 10 hour PA/nurse practitioner (mid-level) � 10 Physician group � Comp is RVU based (ER group will determine all compensation) � Usually produce 8-10 an hour 1500 a month � Usually average 15 shifts per month�full-time is 12 10 hour shifts � Expected 1st year income: $400000+ This city offers a high quality of life and low cost of living.
