The Conroe Medical Education Foundation Family Medicine Residency Program and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, located in Conroe, Texas is seeking a Sports Medicine Fellowship Director with board certification in Family Medicine and a CAQ in Sports Medicine. Our fellowship has a recent five-year full accreditation and is relocating to be nearer to our primary teaching hospital. You will join a superb complement of physicians.
This is full-time position will direct our fellowship and will provide teaching to fellows, residents and medical students.
Conroe is a beautiful suburban community only minutes from Lake Conroe, The Woodlands and Houston, Texas. Opportunities for outdoor activities are abundant with the 22,000 acre Lake Conroe, the Jones State Forest, and the Sam Houston National Forest all nearby.
