W. Central Vermont..This is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and Residency trained. There is a $150000 guaranteed minimum base salary first 2 years then production based. The average established physician in the practice earns $150000 -$190000. Schedule is a 4 day work week with 35 scheduled office hours per week. Call will be 1:8 a majority will be phone call only and all inpatient care is referred to a Hospitalist team.
